The Autumn Midnight was directed by John Coltman for the second year running. It appears to have been a difficult event conducted in the Murrindindi area with significant time losses by most crews. The Sunbean Rapier of Mike Osborne emerged victorious with excellent navigation provided by Tom Cox.
