The 1965 Commencement Rally was organised by the MUCC and held on Sunday March 28.

Route
From the Assembly Point at Melbourne University, the event travelled to Keilor then on a wide loop through Toolern Vale, Gisborne, Riddell and Bolinda to a lunch break near the current site of Greenvale Reservoir. It seems that after lunch was the Farrago Trial, for which we do not have route instructions.
