Alpine win to Watson at last
Bob Watson and Jim McAuliffe finished off a dominant year with a fine win in the Alpine Rally, this year a non-championship event. Sponsored by Alpine Cigarettes and directed by Bruce Ford, this was an arduous event in the true classic Alpine tradition.
