The Cooper Memorial Trial, organised by the Western District Car Club, was held on October 26.
The event ran in the Mt Cole and Smythesdale areas. The club enlisted experienced Director Bruce Ford to assist Warwick Henderson with the conduct of the event.
Ian Nalder and Paul Paterson ran out clear winners in their Datsun 1600.
