1981 Bendigo Jem Trial

The Bendigo Jem Trial, sponsored by Chris Wall Auto Sales and organised by the Light Car Club of Australia (Bendigo branch), was held on 7 November.

1981 VTC – Bendigo Jem Trial

Geoff Portman and Ross Runnalls completed a dominant year, and a dominant run in the inaugural Victorian Trials Championship, notching up their fifth win from six rounds entered. The event sponsor also the driver of Car 1, but unfortunately did not finish after hitting a stump.

Bill Bennett and Stuart Lister finished off the season with a second place, securing second in the championship.
