The Begonia Rally, organised by the Ballarat Light Car Club and directed by Stuart Lister, was held on October 29. It incorporated the Daryl Tunbridge Memorial Trial as the VCRS Round.

Victorian Rally Championship Round 6
Victorian Club Rally Series Round 5

It was good to see the Begonia return to the VRC after a few years’ absence.

The VRC round was won by Mark Fawcett and Simon Ellis in their Subaru. Justin Dowell and Matt Lee were non-finishers but had already secured the championship at Rally of Melbourne.

The VCRS round went to Jesse and Samantha Robison who also finished fourth in the VRC round in their Subaru Legacy.
