The MRF Tyres Akademos was conducted by the Melbourne University Car Club and was held on October 21. It was the sixth round of the 2018 Focus on Furniture Victorian Rally Championship.
The overall winners were Matt Lee ad Cathy Elliott in a Subaru Impreza WRX Sti after they placed second on Heat 1 and win Heat 2. Heat 1 was won by Ben and Cathy Hayes in a similar vehicle, but they only placed sixth on Heat 2. However, that results was sufficient to confirm them as 2018 champions.
