The Victorian Trials Series, previously called the Victorian Trials Championship from 1981 to 198?, was a series of open events designed to test the skills of both driver and navigator. This was in contrast to the Victorian Rally Championship, which was focused predominantly on driving skills and car performance.

This championship is not to be confused with the pre-cursor of the Victorian Rally Championship, which was also called the Victorian Trials Championship from 1961 to 1971.
