The Victorian Rally Championship was won by Justin Dowell and Matt Lee (Lancer Evo 6/9).
Australian Rally Championship
The Victorian round of the Australian Rally Championship was Rally of Melbourne. Simon and Sue Evans were dominant in their Toyota Corolla Sportivo, winning both heats and securing their second national title. This was the final year of Rally of Melbourne, with Victoria unable to mount and ARC round in the following two years until the emergence of Rally Victoria in 2010.

Victorian Rally Championship
VRC events for 2007 were the Cerberus Stages, East Gippsland Stages, Bega Valley, Akademos, Rally of Melbourne (two heats) and the Derrick.
Outright Champions: Justin Dowell / Matt Lee, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6.5
2WD Champions: Brian Semmens / David Leoncini, Nissan 200SX RV S12
Clubman Award: Tim Stutchbury / Nathan Paparella, Holden Commodore
Novice Award: Tim Stutchbury / Nathan Paparella, Holden Commodore

Victorian Club Rally Series
There were 5 VCRS events this year. The Begonia Rally was calendared as a round but was cancelled, while the Derrick was postponed from July to December.
