1961 Two Day Trial

1961 VADC Shell Two Day Trial – VTC heat – 16 September 1961.

Directed by Roger Abraham, the Shell Two Day Trial was convincingly won by Geoff Russell and Richard Collingwood in a Peugeot.

Route

The event was held in four stages (divisions) from Melbourne to Ballarat, then to Avoca, then to Bendigo and finally to the finish north of Melbourne.
