From the comments in August Unicar, this was a typical Experts – Forty sections, plus twenty checkpoints, muddy roads, and excuses for roads, and the need for high pressure, precise navigation.
Directed by Bruce Ford, it was Geoff Thomas, navigating for Reg Lunn, who came out on top. Twelve of the 31 starters did not finish, mostly out of late time.
