Directed by Colin Campbell for the Monash Sporting Car Club, the Disrally was the final round of the 1979 TAUCC series. It attracted a high quality field and was won by Dinta Officer and Kate Hobson in their Galant by a narrow margin from Bruce Robertson and Ian Baldock in a Lancer.
