The Disrally, organised by the Monash Sporting Car Club, was held on 8 December. It was the final round of the TAUCC Series.
An excellent field of 58 cars started, with 41 finishing. Outright first were Rick & Kate Thorpe in a Corolla on 7.25 points. Peter Thompson & D James were second on 7.75 and Scott Chirnside/Haydn West third on 8, both crews in Datsuns. First grade 4 crew was Andrew Browne and Jennie McKenzie in a Lancer with 13.5 points.
The Disrally wrapped up the season and saw the Swinburne Car Club take out the club trophy, Dale Smart and Colin Uren the overall titles and Rohan Teagle and Scott Riddell the Novice titles.
