The Akademos Rally, organised by the Melbourne University Car Club, was held on 24 May.
Directed by Peter Otzen, Akademos was round 4 of the VRC. The winners were Andrew and Philip Martin in their Galant, with Alan Friend/Horton Poulter second and Geoff Portman/Peter Gale an unusual third.
