The Bayswater Wreckers Stages, organised by the Ford Four Car Club, was held on May 2. This was a renaming of the club’s traditional Camcrusher Rally.
Victorian Rally Championship Round 2
Once again, Geoff Portman and Peter Gale dominated the event, winning by over two minutes. Glen Cugley and Kayleen Slater put in a great performance to finish second, closely followed by 1985 Champion, Brian Smith, with David McKenzie in the left set of the Sigma.
The top PRC car was Graeme Gambold and Doug Gould in the Corolla, who placec eight outright.
