The Forest Rally was held on May 1-2, Western Australia’s round of this year’s ARC.

Australian Rally Championship Round 5 (C10)

With the new coefficient system, this was effectively the second round of the ARC, and it was two wins from two (C10) rounds for Neal Bates and Coral Taylor in their Celica GT-four. It was close fight with the Subaru of Possum Bourne and Rodger Freeth, ho finished just 15 second behind with defending champions, Rob Herridge and Mark Nelson a distant third.
