The Strzelecki Stages , organised by the Cerberus Car Club and directed by Alan Mackay, was held on May 30.
Round 2 Victorian Rally Championship
The Strzelecki Stages was a welcome new event on the calendar and a great addition to the VRC.
Craig Morris and Jenny Cole that took their Galant VR4 to a comfortable win over Simon and Sue Evans in the Corolla, so taking them into the points lead in the VRC. Round 1 winners, Phil Messer and Rachel Bruty, DNF’ed on SS7, while lying third behind Fawcett/Boyd and Morris/Cole. Mark Fawcett and Tony Boyd also DNF’ed on SS7.
