The 2012 Rally Victoria was organised by the Cerberus Car Club and was conducted on Friday and Saturday November 16 and 17. It was the third edition of Rally Victoria organised by the club.

Conducted over the Friday afternoon and all day Saturday, Rally Victoria was a pace noted event held around the forests of Powelltown with the base and service park at Lardner Park south of Drouin where the super special stage was located. Only Saturday’s competition constituted the VRC round.
The ARC 2WD round was won by Eli Evans and Glen Weston in a Honda Jazz, with a fourth in Heat 1 and win in Heat 2. They had already won the national title at the previous round.
The ARC 4WD round was won by Will Orders and Lauren Gray in a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo V, winning both heats and effectively winning the event, but they were not registered for ARC points. Michael Boaden and Helen Cheers brought their Lancer Evo IX home in second place, having already secured the national title.
The VRC Round was won by Ross Allan and Nicholas Ryan in a Lancer Evo XIII but they were ineligible for VRC points. Tristan Penhall and Jolie Middleton in a Subaru Impreza WRX STi, shared maximum VRC points with Stephen and Brent Mackenzie in a Ford Fiesta, each taking a heat win and second.
