The Bega Valley Rally, based out of Eden and organised by Tom and Steuart Snooks, was conducted on June 9. This was the last of the Begas organised by the Snooks family and was the last time the event was part of the VRC. The 2013 edition was conducted entirely in daylight and was a blind rally, i.e. no recce and no pace notes.

The overall winners were Chris Giddens and Damian Grahame in a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6. They were entered in the NSW Rally Championship, as were second place Michael Harding and Julie Boorman in a Subaru Impreza WRX STi. Third place, a mere 1 second back, was the first of the Victorians, Stephen Raymond and Simon Ellis in a Toyota Corolla. They won Heat 1 and placed second on Heat 2 behind eventual champions, Tristan Penhall and Jolie Middleton in a Subaru Impreza WRX STi.
