The Bendigo Tyres Centre Rally Bonnie Doon was conducted by the North Eastern Car Club and was held on December 6. The event was pace noted. After being cancelled the previous two years, the NECC’s VRC round finally came to fruition, even though terrible weather threatened Heat 2. Scott Spedding was the Event Director.
Victorian Rally Championship Round 6
The overall win went to Darren Windus and Jamie Sargeant in their Subaru Impreza WRX Sti with a win on Heat 1 and second on Heat 2. Justin Dowell, with stand-in co-driver Matt Lee were scond on Heat 1 and won Heat 2.
