The Eildon Stages, organised by the Nissan Car Club of Australia, was held on March 21. It was a blind rally, i.e. no recce and no pace notes. The Director / Clerk of Course was Craig Jarvie.
Victorian Rally Championship Round 1
Overall winners were Darren Windus and Jamie Sargeant in their Subaru Impreza WRX with a win on Heat 1 and second on Heat 2. After placing second on Heat 1, Warren Lee and David Lethlean won Heat 2 in their Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX by a mere 10 seconds.
