The Cooper Memorial, organised by the Western District Car Club, was held on 29 April. Clerk of Course was Brett Ross and his Assistant was Chris Barrett.
The Cooper was round 1 of the 2017 VCRS.
The winners were Matt Lee and Annie Dougherty in a Subaru WRX, over 3 minutes ahead of Cary Seabrook and Rhiannon Philpot-Hale in a Datsun Stanza. Exactly 1 minute behind them were Luke Simpson and Ryan Humphreys in a Hyundai FX Coupe.
