The MRF Tyres Akademos was conducted by the Melbourne University Car Club and was held on October 20. It was the seventh and final round of the 2019 Hino Geelong Victorian Rally Championship
The overall winners of the event were Richie Dalton and Dale Moscatt in their Ford Fiesta, although they were ineligible for VRC points. The winners of Heat 1 were VRC champions Arron Windus and Daniel Brkic in their Subaru Impreza with Darren Windus and Joe Brkic taking victory in Heat 2 in a similar vehicle after Arron and Dan crashed on the second stage of Heat 2.
