The Bog-A-Duck, organised by the MUCC, was held on 20 February as round 1 of the 1999 Victorian Club Rally Series.
The event was abandoned when there was an accident on SS2 and the driver sustained fatal injuries.
The driver’s family and the rally community were deeply saddened.
