1994 Rally of Melbourne

The Rally of Melbourne was conducted by VRS Pty Ltd, and was the brainchild of Glenn Cuthbert. This edition ran on March 18 and 19.

Round 1 Victorian Rally Championship

The event was won by Neal Bates and Coral Taylor in the Celica GT-four, only 31 seconds clear of the previous year’s winner, Michael Guest, with co-driver Steve O’Brien-Pounde in their Lancer. Ed Ordynski and Mark Stacey completed the podium in a similar Lancer. Fifth outright and first in the VRC was Cody Crocker and Greg Foletta in a Mazda 323 Familia.
