Highlights
The VRC struggled for rounds in 2004, adding Bega and Rally of Melbourne (ARC) to make up a total of four rounds. The Victorian Rally Championship was won by Peter and Chris Montgomery in a Subaru Impreza WRX.
The Victorian Club Rally Series had six rounds, one concurrent with the VRC, and was won by Eli Evans and Matthew McAdam in a Subaru. Pakenham Auto Club took out the club award.
August saw the running of another Olde BP Rally, won by Terry Naish and Ross Runnalls.
Australian Rally Championship
The Victoria round of the Australian Rally Championship was Rally of Melbourne which was won by Victorians Cody Crocker and Greg Foletta to secure their second consecutive national title.
