Highlights
The Victorian Rally Championship was reduced to four rounds after the cancellation of the Valley Stages. The title was won by Adrian Stratford and Anthony Staltari in a Ford Fiesta.
The Victorian Club Rally Series was held over was five rounds, three being dual VRC status. The series was won by Joel Wald and Cathy Elliott in a Datsun Stanza, helping the HRA to win the club award.
Australian Rally Championship
The “Middle of Everywhere” Gippsland Rally was Victoria’s round of the ARC. It was won by Harry Bates and Coral Taylor in a Yaris. They went on to win the national title, Harry’s third and Coral’s sixth.
