Series Regulations

There may not have been much in the way of regulations for the series as it piggybacked onto the VRC. Points were scored for the first six places, as per the VRC, 9-6-4-3-2-1. The problem of crews being upgraded during the year was fixed by not upgrading crews during the year!!
