Following the cessation of the Strzelecki Stages in 2003, the Cerberus Club regrouped and launched the Cerberus Stages in 2006, back in the Powelltown area that it had previously used for its premiere events, the Forester Rally and Autosport Stages. The Cerberus Stages ran three times as a round of the VRC before the 2009 edition was cancelled. Club stalwart Alan Mackay returned to the Clerk of Course in 2010, taking the event to ARC status, while continuing as a round of the VRC. It was renamed Rally Victoria and ran five times through to 2014.
